Boise Fry Company: Your Go-To Spot for Irresistible Fries and Gourmet Burgers

Loved the fries! Loved that they had so many sauces and seasonings. Some of the sauces I could just drink. Was not a fan of the hamburger as much, but really we just came for the fries!

This is my favorite out of all the locations. I come here after a long and stressful work day to gobble a tasty and reliable burger. The red onion on the burgers is incredible. I'm not impressed by the fries, but the novelty of a fry bar for the toppings is pretty cool. Will always recommend, and will come back!

Ok, there's no ocean view but everything else about this place is great. There's a wide selection of sauces to try at the self-service section. Just avoid all those little plastic containers and squirt the stuff directly on your food! The shakes are really good as well. I have more recently been frequenting the State Street location (formerly Reel Center) and they're super nice there. Downtown location is convenient by bike or afoot.

So we tried Boise Fry Company in Garden City after being in Boise almost three months. I have to say it was a great experience. First the selection of different potatoes is awesome. The amazing selections of sauces and spices to adorn the fries makes the fries much more enjoyable. The burgers were top notch and cooked to perfection. We had Beef and Bison respectively both were awesome. The potato buns add another flavor profile to an already flavorful burger. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a real DA and spilled one of the burgers on the floor and the staff remade the burger and insisted on not charging me. Boise Fry Company is a class act and worth the trip to Idaho to eat there.

Delicious burger and phenomenal fries! The bison patty’s more tasty than the regular beef patties. Ordered the Garlic Parmesan Purple Fries which also on point! Though can’t yet tell the difference between the regular yellow potato and purple as it’s my first time trying it. They also have a variety of sauces that I’ve never seen before. Definitely worth checking-out.

When food elicits an emotion from you, you know you've found something good. I ordered the BFC burger with pickled onions, mixed greens, garlic aioli, perfectly melted cheddar cheese and a patty that was admirably juicy. For my fries I had a wide selection but maintained my cool for the golden Russet, Home fry cut French fries. They were hot, crispy and I had the selection of over ten different salt flavors. My pregnant wife looked at me today and suggested we go here. Little did I know I was buying an experience at a small burger shop in Idaho. I highly, highly recommend you stop here if it's a burger you're craving or some of their delicious brussel sprouts, you've found your destination 10/10
